Q: WHERE DO I LOG INTO THE EVENT?
A: Come back right here to watch the live show!!!! You can also view on Roku and Apple TV after you purchase a ticket. Use the same login credentials as the ones you used to purchase your ticket. You will NOT be charged again when you login to Roku/Apple TV if you use the same credentials. Promise.


Q: HOW DO I PARTICIPATE IN THE ZOOM Q&A WITH THE PERRONS?
A: There will be a link to the Zoom session on the right side panel. Click to join. 


Q: CAN I PAY WITH PAYPAL?
A: Our payment platform currently only accepts credit cards. If you do not have a credit card, we suggest you buy a pre-paid credit card online or at your local store and use that to pay for the event.


Q: WILL THERE BE ISO CAMERAS RUNNING ALL THE TIME?
A: Heck, yes! Even more cameras will be streaming live at all times from numerous locations in the precinct. Viewers become remote ghost hunters with unprecedented access to help us investigate a location NEVER BEFORE SEEN ON TV! 


Q: WHAT IF I CAN’T WATCH THE WHOLE PROGRAM DUE TO A SCHEDULE CONFLICT?
A: There is a 2-hour rewind feature and, at the end of each day, that day’s broadcast will replay so that those who have a conflict or are in other time zones won’t miss a thing! Also, following the event, the entire recording of the four days will be available free of charge to those who purchased a ticket.


Q: WILL THERE BE SPANISH SUBTITLES?
A: ¡Si, absolutamente, nos complace ofrecer subtítulos en español! (In order to access Spanish subtitles, go to Settings inside the player and choose “Spanish Closed Captioning”)


Q: HOW DO I MAXIMIZE MY VIEWING EXPERIENCE ON MY COMPUTER?
A: We have a new, robust streaming partner. This event will be streamed in High Definition 1080p and supports automatic-bitrate streaming for customers with slower networks. This insures the highest grade, best quality streams will be accessible. As you experience The Dark Zone, it is best to view through Chrome. If you have multiple windows open, make sure your internet can handle multiple streams downloading simultaneously. However, we recommend clicking between channels for optimal resolution rather than opening multiple windows for multiple streams.


Q: WHAT IS THE REFUND POLICY?
A: Refunds will be granted prior to the event only. No refunds will be given once the event begins. If you are having login issues, please double check that there have not been any typos in your email address and/or password. Try resetting your password.
